Body Back Mini Session See All Times

Due to COVID-19 we are no longer sharing equipment.
Participants will need a yoga mat, a resistance band with handles and a set of weights (6-12 lbs, 8 lbs is ideal)

Social distancing will be practiced. The instructor will take your before and after photos. However, you will need a scale and measuring tape for your weight and measurements (unless weight and measurements are NOT part of your goals of course!). The instructor will guide everyone through taking their own measurements properly.

In consideration of the fluctuating and unpredictable pandemic situation, should we no longer be able to meet in parks during this session, classes will be conducted virually through Zoom.
We will not move classes indoors for any reason. Severe weather will also move class to Zoom.
