Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This class is just for mama- no kids.

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This 60-minute workout is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule.

The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Run Club Half Marathon Training $85Purchase required to enroll

Half-marathon race training program designed to help you progress safely, run strong, and cross the finish line with confidence! You'll learn effective running form, breathing techniques, fueling for longer runs, best practices for injury prevention, and more. Weekly training emails will keep you motivated, progressing towards your goals, and learning key running tips.

Gradually increase your mileage with our group runs on Sundays at 8am meeting at Herndon Park in Durham.

It is recommended you are currently running 3 times a week and can comfortably run 7-8 miles prior to starting this training program. Strollers are welcome to training runs, but may not be permitted for your race. If you would like to train with your spouse or partner, please email jeninepearson@fit4mom.com to get 50% off their registration. They do NOT have to be training for the same distance as you.
